Can you quote without seeing the property?
Photos and project details help us understand your enquiry. A written estimate is provided after the property review and confirmation of the surfaces and work requested.
Can I supply the paint and materials?
Ask about our labour-only painting option. We discuss the products, quantities and responsibilities before confirming the written scope.
Are ceilings, doors and trim included automatically?
No. The estimate identifies the included surfaces. Tell us which rooms, ceilings, door sides and trim you want painted so they can be reviewed and listed.
How many coats will be applied?
Preparation, primer and finish coats are specified for your particular project in the written estimate. The existing surface, colour change and selected product affect the proposed work.
Do you work in occupied homes and condos?
We discuss access, room use, belongings and any building rules during planning. Tell us about restrictions and the spaces that need to remain available.
How do I arrange a start date?
Send your preferred timing with the request. The team confirms visit availability directly; a work schedule is agreed after you approve the scope and price.
